At Scalpers, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique return authorization code.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and include the printed return slip inside the box before sealing it securely.
Ship the Items
Affix the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point or schedule a home collection.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
